Running on Autopilot

If you feel discontented, disconnected and even fearful, look at all the attitudes you have been taught that reinforce those feelings and run on autopilot. If you can move through these feelings, even when confronted with adversity or what appears to be adversity, you might be pleasantly surprised. You may find you come out the other end of the tunnel; that is, you may realize you are sick and tired of the game and even become amused by it. That’s an entirely different perception of things and totally empowering!
