If you don’t know how to make it happen, regaining control of your thoughts is the foundation for success. Here’s a suggestion. Write down all the things in your life you appreciate. Go on, I’ll bet you can list at least a couple dozen. Once the list is done, think about the items on it, one at a time, and remember the feeling you had when those things happened. Really feel it again. Now that you are in a great space, and have raised your frequency to that of joy / happiness, add something to the list that you really want to make happen, and put that same feeling behind it. Keep practicing this exercise daily. You’re on your way to manifesting your desire!
