Can You Spend 15 Minutes Each Day to Change Your LIfe?

Continuing along the theme of regaining control of your thoughts – I would add that if you can hold positive, uninterrupted thoughts each day, you’ll begin to nullify any negativity you pick up from frightening media reports, misguided friends, family, and associates.  Start with 30 seconds and work up to 15 minutes each day.  These positive thoughts will eventually reproduce themselves into physical reality.
