Brain Entrainment

We can control our own storyline.  When we fight against something that seems to sabotage our belief system, we create a field of resistance.  Start reprogramming the way you think.  If you’re in a funk, simply do something that allows you to smile, like watching an amusing YouTube video.  Realize what you think starts with habit and repetition, so release the pattern and find something that gives you joy.  That’s the way to entrain your brain.
