A Matter of Being Mindful

Be mindful of how encryptions work, and how every thought you think, and say to yourself, is an energy pattern.  In scientific terms, this energy pattern is an electromagnetic mathematical scalar grid that is impulsing your emotional and physical body to react.

Words are very powerful sound patterns.  Be very observant of what you think, and the words you express aloud.   Ask yourself if you are being served by a particular thought or vocal expression.  Take time to slow down your mind by deep breathing a few times, particularly when you are in a stressful situation.  Be mindful about your thoughts and words because they create your reality.
