Even though research has shown that mental and emotional turbulence is often overlooked as a link to fatigue, it seems our thoughts and emotions are the greatest contributors.
Consider the fact that when we awaken, we have a certain amount of energy (let’s call it life force) and when it’s being expended on worry and stressful situations, it’s not being replenished! If we can’t get these reserves of energy up, we lower our immune system and enter a grey area of exhaustion or fatigue.
What can you do about this? Start by changing how you deal with certain situations, and how you perceive them. Notice that it is the small things which accumulate and wear you out. Those little annoyances and undetected frustrations build up, and draw down your life force energy.
