To continue with the planting of the seed from last week’s blog, it’s suggested that you take a careful look at the beliefs you’ve compiled over the years. You’ve based your whole life on these beliefs, but are they serving you? If not, do you think about changing them? It’s not as hard as you think.
Even though we grew up hearing things like, “you’re not good enough” or “money doesn’t grow on trees”, as illogical as it sounds, your brain’s wiring is now telling you these statements are true. These thoughts and attitudes need to be cleansed in order to have a real quality of life.
Although money or prosperity is not necessarily the focus of this blog, I also include health and relationships. Think of it this way, when you don’t manage to attract something you’re going after and you keep bumping your head against a wall, you need to look at your belief systems.
When you change your beliefs, the outer reality around you changes. This is a universal law. The way to get to your unconscious beliefs is to write down statements that you believe in. As an example, “I’m not attractive enough” or “I don’t have enough education to make it in the business world”, or “money is the root of all evil”. See what you resonate to, because that is your underlying belief.
So, your awareness comes first, followed by asking yourself, “do I believe it or not?” “Do I want to replace the belief or not?” Then, you’ll be on your way to altering the way you think and allowing the universe to provide you with what you really deserve.
