The Vibration of Appreciation

I spoke about vibration in last week’s blog and would like to continue with the subject. I was recently reading a book by Esther and Jerry Hicks, entitled “Ask and it is Given”. They suggest, “You are the creator of your own experience whether you know it or not. Your life experience is unfolding in precise response to the vibrations that radiate as a result of your thoughts, whether you know it or not.”

Are you creating your reality unwittingly or by default? If you want total control of your reality, the authors suggest doing a process they call, “Rampage of Appreciation” to raise your vibration. It is suggested you set aside 10 or 15 minutes a day to specifically do the process. When you become successful at it and see the results, you’ll most likely want to do it many times during the day.

They use an example of standing in line at the post office to show how a little appreciation can raise your vibration and in doing so, your day will seem to flow. Obviously, you would choose examples of what is going on in your life at the moment. And obviously, this is not a one-off. Be aware of appreciating things as much as you can. Every time you praise something or feel good about something, you’re telling the universe, “More of this please.” When you are appreciative of anything, it quickly gains momentum in your life. You’ve created a circuit between yourself and the object of your appreciation. The Law of Attraction will begin working on that connection immediately so you will start seeing results and thus more things to appreciate. Not only that, but the vibration of appreciation is the most powerful connection between the physical and non-physical, which means you’re more apt to receive clearer, inner guidance.

Here’s their simple example of going to the post office:

* This is a nice building

* There’s so much more parking here than at the other post office

* The big windows make the room feel bright and airy

* I like how friendly the postal worker is

Find lots of ways to flow your appreciation, and become a hands-on manifestor.
